Unwind in the spacious living area adorned with two comfortable couches, a rocking chair, and recliner, all nestled by the warmth of a real wood-burning stone fireplace, setting the perfect ambiance for relaxation and connection.
Savor the beauty of nature from the inviting front porch overlooking the picturesque pasture, or retreat to the serene back porch gazing upon the meandering river just steps away. Our twin-sized swing offers unparalleled comfort, while a picnic table beckons for al fresco dining amidst the soothing sounds of nature. Firewood is readily available for cozy fireside evenings, ensuring unforgettable summer marshmallow roasts under the starlit sky.
(There is a nominal fee of $5/night for firewood.)

While linens are not provided, the cabin awaits your arrival in pristine condition, inviting you to leave your worries behind and embrace tranquility.
Experience modern convenience with a laundry area featuring a full-size washer and dryer, alongside an office space equipped with a desk, phone, and fax/copier machine for your convenience. Stay connected with WIFI DSL internet service and revel in entertainment with 2 flat-screen TVs boasting Direct TV Satellite service, including a DVR box in the living room for uninterrupted viewing pleasure.

- Wheelchair accessible: Entry ramp, but no special amenities for handicapped inside, except tub/shower does have 2 grip bars.
- Telephone Network extender in cabin so cell phones work! Also land line phone in case of emergency.
- Air Conditioning: Central
- Heating: Central heat as well as a propane heater that works even if power goes out.
- Washing Machine: large capacity, many cycles.
- Fireplace: $5/night for a wheelbarrow load of firewood. Enjoy the cozyness that only a wood burning fireplace can provide. Wood is cut and stacked on the porch.
- Parking: Park within steps of the cabin.
- Internet: DSL and WIFI. Direct TV.
- Living Room: 2 Sofas, one recliner, one rocking chair. Fireplace is the focal point. Walls are knotty pine--find the faces of critters hiding in the knots!
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with dish service for up to 8 . Lots of pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave. Sorry, no dishwasher. We do keep most spices and kitchen linens.
- Dining: Table seats 6. Picnic table on back porch. TV trays for casual dining.

Nestled just 20 minutes from the bustling towns of Blue Ridge and Blairsville, our rural retreat offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Embrace the symphony of nature as you listen to the soothing sounds of frogs, owls, and the gentle huffing of deer. Delight in the melodic chorus of various bird species, creating an enchanting soundtrack to your mountain getaway.
- Mountain View: The mountains surround this cabin and are awesome at any time of year, from spring time green, flush summer growth, autumn colors, or winter starkness. The cabin is surrounded by 22 Acres of awesome!
- Water View: Catfish pond for catch and release, trout pond for feeding only. Swing under a honeysuckle laden gazebo with ceiling fan.
- Waterfront: 1200 feet on the Toccoa River-great for tubing, fishing,kayaking. Very accessible. Sandbar area safe even for small children

Lawn/Garden: Impeccably manicured akin to a state park, our grounds are always in bloom with vibrant flowers. From apple and cherry trees to peach and hazelnut trees, indulge in the bounty of nature. Feel free to help yourself when the fruits are ripe for picking.
Balcony: Retreat to your private sun-soaked balcony in the upstairs loft, offering serene views overlooking the tranquil pond.
Kayak/Canoe: Bring your own and meander down to the deep hole recreation area or venture further downstream. With numerous outfitters nearby, the adventures on the Toccoa River await.
Bicycles: Explore the rugged terrain with mountain bicycles, and inquire about exhilarating 4-wheeler excursions for an added thrill.
Boat: Rent a boat from any of the nearby marinas for a day of exploration on the lake. Please note, boating is not permitted on the Toccoa River.
